DOGGIE TIPS
|
| Dogs can suffer permanent
damage or even death from heat stroke in under five minutes when left in
a hot car. Don't assume leaving the windows cracked will
suffice. Temperatures can shoot to well past 100 degrees even with
the windows open. Since dogs are not able to regulate body heat as
efficiently as humans, they overheat much faster than we do.
Better to leave your dog home when you run to the store than leave him
in the car.
