Sparky Sparky gained notoriety in Broward County gaining an animal cruelty conviction of his owner who was trying to teach him to walk on a leash from his car by dragging him several hundred feet with the car going 30 mph. Bloody paw prints were left for blocks. He had to heal physically and mentally and went to a loving home. |
